Kangatraining

A safe postnatal group fitness class that incorporates dance, low intensity training and babywearing

Service Description

Get back in to exercise safely with our specially designed program that is easy on the postpartum body but still gives you an amazing workout. You must be at least 6wks post vaginal birth or 12wks post cesarean AND have a clearance to exercise from your healthcare professional (usually done at 6wks post). We are trained in safe babywearing practices, first aid and postnatal exercise, so you can be sure you are in safe hands when returning to exercise.
